Qualification overview .....
The Change Management course deals with the effects and management
of change and, more importantly, the impact change can have on all
organisations
There are four one-day courses comprising the
Principles of Change Management qualification, dealing with the theories
of how change impacts on and is affected by the:
- Individual
- Team
- Organisation
- Change Leader
You
can become certified in the Principles of Change Management through
completing these four courses and a multiple-choice exam at the end of
the final day
The exam is a 1 hour multiple choice closed book exam with four sections
There is a total of 60 questions, with 15 questions per section
Candidates must score 40 out of 60 to pass
