Project Managers with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects

You must have gained extensive experience in the use of project management disciplines throughout your career and ideally managed several projects from start to finish. Experience of the complete project lifecycle is required

Certification is the recognition of your competence and ability to effectively manage significant projects or programmes of change

(APM offers Project Management Certificates at 4 levels - APM IC, APMP, APM-PQ & CPM)

Certificated Project Manager CPM 

The assessors will assess project management competencies through your experience, self-assessment form and project report and also through an interview

The key areas being assessed are your personal qualities and project management understanding and practice

The assessment comprises three stages:

1. Submission of application – completion of an application form, a

   Self Assessment Form including a statement of strengths and weaknesses, curriculum vitae and a project précis, together with the appropriate fee

2. Completion of a project report
3. A professional interview with a panel of assessors
