This qualification is for.....

The Foundation Certificate is designed for anyone involved in or affected by IT projects; this extends to users, buyers and directors

The qualification has been designed for those practitioners new to Project Management or involved in or affected by IS/ IT projects: this extends to users, buyers and directors

There are no formal requirements for entry to the course although the candidate should have a basic working knowledge of IT and it is recommended that all candidates attend a training course run by an accredited Training Provider

Qualification Overview

 Foundation in IS Project Management FISPM

 

The “Foundation in Project Management” from the British Computer Society—examining board

ISEB—gives a Foundation Certificate as the qualification. This course is aimed at people working with IT project management

 

The examination will last one hour and will consist of 40 multiple-choice questions.

The examination is 'closed book', i.e. no notes or books will be allowed into the examination room

The pass mark is 26/40 

 

(ISEB offers two levels of Project Management certification: FISPM and CISPM)
