This qualification is for.....

Those who have a more strategic role to play in PPSO functions

Candidates that have a basic working knowledge of IT

Candidates who can demonstrate two years relevant experience

(ISEB offers two levels of Programme and Project Support Office certification: 

PPSO Cert and PPSO Adv) 

Qualification Overview

 Programme and Project Support Office Essentials - Advanced  PPSO Adv

 

All candidates must hold  the PPSO Cert  

Candidates will be required to complete a two hour 'closed book' examination 

This is preceded by 15 minutes reading time for the scenario and examination paper

The written exam pass mark is 50%

Candidates who pass the written examination:
  • will then be invited to attend an oral examination that
  • will last up to 45 minutes
  • can be questioned on any of the topics covered in the syllabus including those already covered in the written examination 
  • may also be questioned on their background and qualifying experience
  • will need to have passed both the written and oral examination to have passed the Advanced Certificate in PPSO

 

The examination may use PRINCE and MSP terminology in addition to generic terms
