Projects IN Controlled Environments – Foundation (PRINCE2 Fdn)


PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management, providing a methodology for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide
 
The Foundation level is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2, and demonstrating that they understand the principles and terminology of the method
